Arbitration Procedure
If you do not receive satisfactory answers from the above-mentioned contact option, you can submit an application to the arbitration board set up by the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Lower Saxony to initiate arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Lower Saxony Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities Act (NBGG).
The arbitration board established under Section 9d of the NBGG (Federal Act on Accessibility in Information Technology) is tasked with resolving diputes between people with disabilities and public authorities in the state of Lower Saxony regarding accessibility in IT. The arbitration process is free of charge. Legal counsel is not required.
