MaiMed® porefix transparent sterile is a post-operative, transparent quick-heal wound dressing. The transparent, ultra-thin film allows for regular visual checks of exudate absorption and the wound area without having to remove the dressing. The breathable and skin-friendly adhesive layer ensures a secure hold without irritating the skin. The quick-healing wound dressing is germ-proof and waterproof and is very well suited to sensitive skin. This quick-healing wound dressing is available in various sizes.
Application
Particularly suitable for covering injuries and post-operative wounds. The central wound pad in non-adhesive and the transparent film allows for continous visual monitoring of the wound area. Due to its elastic properties, the plaster conforms perfectly to the body’s contours, even on hard-to-reach or mobile areas. Ideal for use in hospitals, doctors’ surgeries and at home.
