MaiMed® Pad is an absorbent pad made from a multi-layer non-woven material combined with a highly absorbent cellulose layer. This combination ensures particularly high absorption of wound exudate while providing gentle, reliable wound protection. The hydrophobic outer layer helps prevent fluid penetration and reliably shields the wound from external influences. The absorbent pad is available in various sizes to meet different wound-care requirements.
Application
Primarily used for the care of heavily exuding wounds. It is ideal for covering and dressing wounds that require high absorbency. The absorbent pad is suitable for use in hospitals, care facilities and home care settings.
